Tim,

I understand that SD is using the following color codes X = RED, M = ABMBER, D = GREEN, O = BLUE which is a bit unusual as we are all used to D = YELLOW, O = GREEN, C = BLUE. Specifically D (difficult) = GREEN is somehow odd so why don't you just use the established code and leave out C = BLUE as it is a German only code.

When you say "we are all used to" are you referring to people from a specific country?

GAFOR is an international system of forecasts but every country uses different colours codes (or so it was when we developed the system). SkyDemon must in these cases attempt some standardisation. We may review the colour codes again for the many GAFOR countries later this year and decide whether ours are still appropriate.

Sorry that I forgot to mention that the specific country is GERMANY.
